The fuel injection system is the heart of the engine, and if not overhauled, calibrated and set up perfectly, can alter the running efficiency and power output of an engine dramatically. This includes the injection pump, governor, sprayers/injectors and injection timing.
At Gardner Marine we use original factory equipment, specifications and test plans to overhaul and rebuild any part of the Gardner fuel system in-house perfectly, exactly as it would have come out of the factory originally.
We record and store all data from fuel pump rebuilds, and every part of the fuel system that we overhaul is tested fully on our test equipment prior to shipment or installation on one of our own engine builds.
